Rebecca (Grimes) Link ’11 was a four-year member and two-year team captain of the USMMA women’s basketball team. At the time of her induction, she ranks first in program history with a .818 free throw percentage and is tied for the top spot in Academy history with a .380 three-point shooting percentage. Rebecca was the fourth Mariner to score 1,000 career points, finishing with 1,025, currently seventh all-time. She also ranks fourth in three-pointers made, seventh in free throws made, and 10th in both field goals made and total minutes played. Known for her sharpshooting and leadership, Rebecca set the standard for excellence and helped elevate USMMA women’s basketball to new heights, leaving a legacy that inspires future Mariners.
