Geoff Troy ’09 was one of the most prolific kickers in Kings Point football history. Nicknamed “Leg,” he earned First Team All-America honors as a plebe in 2005, leading the NCAA in field goals per game and setting the Academy’s single-season points record with 66, which still stands at the time of his induction. His 191 career points were a program record until 2024, and his 42 career made field goals, including a 52-yarder in 2007 still remain benchmarks for Mariners. A two-time Liberty League Special Teams Player of the Year, Troy also holds Academy records for most field goals in a single game (four) and season (18), cementing his legacy as the program’s all-time greatest kicker.
