INDIANAPOLIS (March 18, 2026) – USMMA men's swimming & diving freshman
Carter Kov (Goodyear, Ariz.) is an All-American! The rookie diver reached the consolation finals of the three-meter diving event at the 2026 NCAA National Championship Meet at IU Indianapolis earlier on Wednesday.

Kov finished in 11th place overall in the three-meter event, which is good for All-America Honorable Mention honors. He scored 483.70 in the consolation finals, placing third out of the eight divers.

Earlier in the day, he qualified for the consolation finals after a 14th-place finish in the prelims with a score of 461.65, guaranteeing an All-America certificate with a top-16 finish in the event.

Kov will close out his time in Indianapolis on Friday, March 20, when he competes in the one-meter diving event. Diving preliminary round action is set to get underway around 1 p.m. (after the swimming prelims conclude). Live links to follow along are posted on
