WEST POINT, N.Y. (Feb. 19, 2022) – The USMMA women's track & field team recorded five top-10 finishes at Army's West Point Tune-Up this past Saturday. There were no team scores kept at the event, with the Mariners' top performance put in by freshman
Katherine Kerchner (Reading, Pa.) in the 3000m.

Kerchner came in sixth place in the 3000m with a personal record time of 10:56.22.

Freshman
Jasper Schineller (Tempe, Ariz.) and junior
Quinci Elphinstone (Port Saint Joe, Fla.) both had ninth-place finishes, Schineller in the 60m (8.35) and Elphinstone in the 400m (1:10.36)

Schineller also came in 10th in the 200m with a time of 27.70, while senior
Brianna Frank (Sidney, Mont.) was right behind Elphinstone in the 400m, crossing in 10th place in 1:10.46.
