KINGS POINT, N.Y. (July 16, 2025) –  U.S. Merchant Marine Academy seventh-year Director of Physical Education & Athletics Kristofer Schnatz will move into a significant role within a key administrative body in NCAA Division III Athletics this year, as he will serve on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Division III Athletic Administrators (NADIIIAA) as the 1st Vice President. Schnatz has been a member of the NADIIIAA Executive Board since being voted into the role of 3rd Vice President prior to the 2023-24 season.
 
"I'm grateful for the opportunity to serve as the 1st Vice President of NADIIIAA and eager to begin another impactful year supporting our membership," commented Schnatz. "I look forward to building meaningful relationships and driving collaboration with NCAA Division III athletic directors and administrators across the country as we continue to enhance the Division III student-athlete experience."

Following a membership-wide vote that took place this summer, NADIIIAA increased the number of individuals appointed to serve on the newly named Board of Directors to 10. Below is the complete listing of Officers and Board members for the 2025-26 academic year:
