NEW PALTZ, N.Y. (Sept. 27, 2025) – The USMMA women's volleyball team dropped two matches at the SUNY New Paltz tri-match on Saturday at the Hawk Center, falling to Kean, 0–3 (14–25, 14–25, 28–30), and to the host Hawks, 0–3 (12–25, 20–25, 17–25). With the results, the Mariners move to 7–6 on the season.

Against Kean, freshman
Carly Soboloski (Peoria, Ariz.) led USMMA with 11 kills and added two aces. Senior
Stephanie Schatzman (Virginia Beach, Va.) paced the back row with 19 digs, while freshman
Emma Borlie (Baltimore, Md.) handed out 23 assists.
Versus New Paltz, Mayer finished with a team-high six kills and three blocks. Schatzman collected led all players with 14 digs and Borlie dished out 16 assists. Soboloski added five kills and sophomore
Jenny Dyke (Grand Rapids, Mich.) contributed three kills and a block.
USMMA returns home to host Skyline opponent Mount St. Mary on Tuesday night, Sept. 30. First serve is scheduled for 7 p.m. inside the Liebertz Gymnasium.
