Mayer and Soboloski combined for six early kills as the Mariners built a 17-14 advantage, but the Hawks rallied late, using a 5-1 run to edge ahead. Despite Dyke's two late kills and a Stillinger ace to tie it at 23-23, Hunter closed it out with back-to-back points to even the match.
