PURCHASE, N.Y. (Dec. 1, 2021) – The USMMA women's basketball team lost on the road at Manhattanville College, 82-43, on Wednesday night at the Valiants' Kennedy Gymnasium. The defeat drops the Mariners' record to 4-1 (3-1 Skyline), while Manhattanville improved to 7-0 (3-0 Skyline) with the win.

Freshman
Grace Jackson (Parma, Idaho) had a team-high 12 points and brought down seven rebounds, while sophomore
Bryanne Buchanan-Cummings (Dacula, Ga.) nearly had a double-double with 11 points and eight boards. Junior
Madison Demos (Downers Grove, Ill.) had a game-high nine rebounds and chipped in offensively with six points.

Four Valiants scored in double-figures on the night, with grad student Spencer Shore leading all players with 20 points. Senior Ali Mikaele added 17, classmate Faith Johnson-Desilvia had 16 points a team-best eight rebounds and sophomore Jamison Agostino contributed 13 points.
