KINGS POINT, N.Y. (May 19, 2025) – U.S. Merchant Marine Academy women's lacrosse sophomore midfielder
Leslie Wysong (Mount Pleasant, S.C.) was recently named an Honorable Mention All-American by USA Lacrosse Magazine. She becomes the first All-American in the program's 13-year history.
Wysong has been a two-time All-Skyline Conference selection during her time at Kings Point. She was named to the All-Skyline Second Team in 2024 before earning a First Team nod this past 2025 season. She was also selected by the Skyline Conference head coaches as the 2025 Skyline Defensive Player of the Year.
Throughout this season, Wysong led the Mariners with 27 caused turnovers, was third on the squad with 68 points, 43 goals, 25 assists and 57 draw controls, and ranked fifth on the team with 37 ground balls. She was the Skyline Defensive Player of the Week three times during the 2025 campaign.

Wysong was named to the All-Boardwalk Region Second Team by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association along with senior attacker
