May 13, 2010 - MADISON, N.J. – On Thursday morning, the Landmark Conference office released its All-Conference teams for the 2010 men’s tennis season. U.S. Merchant Marine Academy sophomore Jeff Gulitus was tabbed to the Singles Second-team for his solid campaign this year.

Tennis Falls in Season Finale to League-foe Juniata, 6-3
May 3, 2010 - KINGS POINT, N.Y. – On Saturday, the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy tennis team dropped its season finale against Landmark Conference-foe Juniata College, 6-3, in Kings Point, N.Y. With the victory, the Eagles improved to 7-12 overall and 2-5 in the league. Following the defeat, the Mariners dropped to 4-9 on the year and 0-7 in the conference.

Tennis Picks Up Fifth Win of Season vs. CCNY, 6-3
Apr 29, 2010 - KINGS POINT, N.Y. – On Wednesday, the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy tennis team defeated the City College of New York, 6-3, in Kings Point, N.Y. The Mariners recorded three victories in singles action and swept the doubles play. With the victory, USMMA improved to 5-8 overall. Following the defeat, CCNY dropped to 8-6 on the season.

Apr 28, 2010 - KINGS POINT, N.Y. – On Tuesday, the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy tennis squad lost to St. Joseph’s College of Long Island, 8-1, in Kings Point, N.Y. Sophomore Jeff Gulitus recorded the only win for the Mariners as he defeated Golden Eagles’ senior Daniel Celentano , 6-4 and 6-4. With the victory, the Golden Eagles improved to 12-4 overall. Following the defeat, the Mariners fell to 4-8 on the season.

Apr 26, 2010 - SCRANTON, Pa. - On Saturday, the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy tennis team fell in all singles and doubles matches to Landmark Conference-opponent the University of Scranton in Scranton, Pa. With the victory, the Royals improved to 13-5 overall and 5-1 in league play. Following the defeat, the Mariners dropped to 4-7 on the season and 0-6 in the conference.

Many of the sets were cut short due to inclement weather. With the victory, the Rangers improved to 7-6 overall and 5-0 in league play. Following the defeat, the Mariners dropped to 4-6 on the season and 0-5 in the conference.
