Women fall to William Paterson in volleyball, 3-2
KINGS POINT, N.Y. – The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy women's volleyball team dropped a 3-2 home decision to William Paterson University at Liebertz Gymnasium on Tuesday night.
The Mariners (3-2) won the first set, 25-20, fell in the second, 25-17, but rebounded in the third encounter, 25-21.
However, the hosts lost the last two sets, 25-12 and 15-7.
Kings Point has dropped two consecutive matches.
The Mariners next play at New York University at 7 p.m. on Wednesday.
