Macbeth Earns Skyline Women’s Basketball Weekly Honor Roll Nod

KINGS POINT, N.Y. (Nov. 20, 2016) – The Skyline Conference announced on Monday that USMMA senior Jordy Macbeth (Orlando, Fla.) was named to the league's women's basketball weekly honor roll. The accolade comes after Macbeth's performance in the Mariners' 81-32 season-opening win over Berkeley College on Sunday.

In her first career game, Macbeth – who played four years for the USMMA women's volleyball team as a starting middle blocker – recorded a double-double with 12 points and a game-high 11 rebounds in the victory, despite playing in just 21 minutes.

Tipoff against the Hawks is scheduled for 5 p.m. at the Hunter Sportsplex. Live stats and a live video feed of the game will be available with links on the USMMA women's basketball schedule page.
