At USMMA:

Academic: Major: Marine Transportation (Deck) in Fourth Company.

Athletic: Joined the Mariners as a running back in 2015.

Before USMMA: Played for Tom Rupp on the MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen football team ...  Was also on the Dutchmens' wrestling, track and baseball team ... Was named Team Captain, 1st team all District and Defensive MVP in 2014 for football and  won the HEAD Award in 2014, 2015 and was named Team Captain in 2015 for wrestling.

Personal: Son of Kirby and Carrina Huss … Has three siblings, Conner (16), Gavin (11) and Tierney (10)
