Mariner Football Team Participated In Annual Jack's Run For Autism Awareness 5K On Saturday

KINGS POINT, N.Y. (May 16, 2018) – This past Saturday, May 12, USMMA Football participated in the annual Jack's Run for Autism Awareness 5K race. This was the second consecutive year that Kings Point Football took part in the event in Port Washington, N.Y. 

A total of 19 Third-Class and Plebe Midshipmen and Head Coach Mike Toop '77 ran the 5K. It was the 12th running of Jack's 5K in support of the battle against Autism. 

Plebe Matt Restifo (Hudson, Ohio) placed first in his age group and the third-classmen trio of Krystian Abbott (Lansing, Kan.), Reno Dubreuil (Moorpark, Calif.) and Greg Royal (Evergreen, Colo.) swept first, second and third in their age group.
