Croall Selected For AFCA 30 Under 30 Leadership Institute

KINGS POINT, N.Y. (Jan. 18, 2017) – Earlier this month, USMMA football assistant coach Jameson Croall participated in the American Football Coaches Association's (AFCA) 30 Under 30 Leadership Institute. During the AFCA's National Convention held in early January, Croall was selected as one of the top up-and-coming coaches in the nation under the age of 30, chosen from hundreds of applications.

The 30 Under 30 Leadership Institute was developed by the AFCA in conjunction with the NCAA's Leadership Development Program. The joint venture was created to promote a professional development program for future leaders in the profession.

The program emphasized responsible influence, the importance of ethical behavior, and the development of today's student-athletes. The program featured multiple speakers from the coaching profession and was highlighted by Duke University Head Football Coach David Cutcliffe.

Croall was selected from a wide array of football coaches around the country. Included in the 30 participants were seven fellow Division III coaches, seven from DI FBS teams, six DI FCS, three Division II, three NAIA, two Junior College and three High School coaches.

Coach Croall has been the Mariners' offensive coordinator for the past five seasons and will look to build on the 2016 season's success as USMMA begins its first season in the NEWMAC Conference.
